Mr. Johny Le started his electrical career in 2010. He worked for 10 different electrical companies before starting his own. Doing so gained him a wide range of experience and knowledge. Some of the projects Mr. Le has worked on in the past: Waikiki International Market Place, A’ali’i condominium, Wholefoods Ward, Central Ala Moana, Sky Ala Moana, etc

Grand Hawaii Electric is a Vietnamese-American-owned full-service electrical contractor in Honolulu, Hawaii. The company focuses on commercial and residential properties, and work with integrity, compassion and superior craftsmanship.

At 18, Mr. Johny Le, owner of Grand Hawaii Electric, enrolled in a two-year carpentry program at Honolulu Community College. He also studied blueprint reading and took business classes. He completed the program and earned an associate degree. He then
set out to get as much varied experience as he could.

When the global/national recession hit in 2009, it caused a severe period of declining economic output – especially in Hawaii. Consequently, many businesses either closed their doors or substantially reduced their workforce. But Mr. Le’s reputation for quality work, and excellent customer skills, enabled his to keep his job and he continued to excel.

His initiative, foresight, and extensive experience helped guide him. That perseverance and vision finally paid off in 2018. He started his own company — Grand Hawaii Electric. Upon starting this new business venture, his primary goal was to maintain – and improve upon – excellent services.

I had the opportunity to lay-out the entire Ae’o Condominium and Wholefoods Market with this Leica Geosystems Technology. It is a fast and efficient way to lay-out device boxes, conduit stubs, block outs, and etc. I was able to lay out an entire deck with about 400-500 points in 4-5 hours sometime quicker.

I highly recommend Leica equipment for larger projects, it is very accurate and user friendly.

Leica’s advanced tools and devices enable us to work with unparalleled efficiency. From mapping electrical systems to installing fixtures, the precision and speed afforded by Leica technology streamline our processes, saving you time and minimizing disruptions.
